So I get my Rhibafarm's box and witness before me ROMAINE!! YES! A huge head of Romaine... Organic local farming where you know the source... I know what I am about to do with that but Broccolli Greens, Kale, Sorrel, Arugula, Collard Greens, Parsley, Eggplant,

Moringa Flowers, Pomegranate, Sunflower Shoots and Chili’s.

I couldn't identify some, not sure how to prepare but am excited to keep it GREEN...

So here I go.. My moto... If all else fails... JUICE IT! Any Suggestions?
