Our Challenging Times

These are challenging times for us all. Change and adjustment come with every election as well as every season. Know that through deep loss, subsequent grief, despair and hopelessness, ultimately things will emerge to a new way of looking at the world, your relationship to it and the people in it.

Through everything that brings down our immunity we are responsible to pick ourselves back up again. Do take the time to truly feel what you are experiencing and after this large change moves you past protecting and defending know that soon thereafter we heal, regain a sense of security and stability, and create new understanding. Through all that has happened and all that is yet to come I send blessings and healing.
