Belinda's therapeutic services are an integration of education and experiences. She holds certifications in Hatha, Recovery and Chair Yoga with registration through the Yoga Alliance as a Practitioner, Instructor and Teacher. She is registered and insured offering diverse treatment options while providing Manual Assisted Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation, Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy with a focus on lifestyle regimens that bring health and wellbeing.

This is not a general exercise class and it does not require pretzel moves. 

Belinda's classes are designed to assist anyone of any ability or age to gain access to the benefits of yoga.

Try Yoga in a chair, in your bed, on a mat, in the park or woods.
